This is a set of 4 cleats for securing vessels. They are made of rust-resistant stainless steel. Suitable for tying and securing mooring ropes for medium-sized boats, yachts, and jet skis, as well as for tying sea anchors. They are also ideal for outdoor fixtures and other applications besides boats. When used on a vessel, secure them with four screws for high strength, and then tie the mooring rope to the cleat.
