This is a two-layered floral skirt from Cawaii. The white base with floral patterns is beautiful, and the floral fabric has slits all the way across, so it flows in the wind when you walk, revealing the black layer underneath, which looks cool (see pic 3). The waist is elastic. I think it's comfortable to wear. The hem is asymmetrical (see pics 1 and 2), with different lengths in the front, back, and sides. I've inserted a white paper to make the asymmetry easier to see (see pic 4). Please check it out. The design is very cool. Two layers: 1st layer: floral pattern, 2nd layer: black. Both layers are made of thick, sturdy fabric, so I think it will keep you warm. I've only worn it about 1-2 times.
