The size is for someone who is 175cm tall with a waist of 82cm. Measurements taken by a non-professional are: body width 58cm, length 110cm, and sleeve length (from center back) 85cm. There are two pockets inside (one on each side), a pen pocket, and a name is written on the inside left. Please understand this before purchasing. I bought it 5 years ago, but I haven't worn it very often. Of course, it has been dry cleaned.
