The size is small, perfect for pottering, etc. I have stored it at home without using it even once after purchase. (Condition) Unused and stored at home. There are no handlebar mounting straps (you may be able to substitute with Velcro straps, etc., when using). Also, due to aging from long-term storage, the surface of the black nylon part (photo 10) is partially peeled off, but there is reinforcing metal inside, so there is no problem with strength. Other than the above, I think it is an unused item and in good condition. Please check the photos. However, if you are concerned or are looking for a perfect product, please refrain from purchasing.
