Chashaku (tea scoop) length: approximately 18.2 cm Tea caddy length: approximately 21.5 cm, diameter: approximately 2.7 cm This chashaku, named "Washin" (Japanese heart/spirit), was made by Kobori Takugan, the 525th abbot of Daitoku-ji Temple and resident of Koho-an. It is in beautiful condition with no noticeable scratches or stains. The accompanying box shows slight age-related yellowing and stains.
