I believe this item is from the late 1960s to the early 1980s. I remember being told it was a commemorative item from the Edo Firefighters' Tobi (Ladder) Brigade, etc., and that's how I acquired it. It's new and unused, but it's old. It's in good condition. There is no damage to the gold trim.
