Thank you for viewing. This is an obi締め (decorative belt cord) featuring a woven design in a reddish-purple base with gold. The gold thread is subdued, so I used it for everyday wear. I think it also goes well with antique outfits. Although not very noticeable, there is some fraying of the thread about 65cm from the end (photos 3 and 4).
