This is a Seiko electronic metronome. The tempo can be changed with a dial (40-208), and it's a very simple electronic metronome with only an on/off switch and volume adjustment. It's a junk item because the switch is broken. Only the switch is broken, and the other functions work. The retail price is ¥5,500 (tax included).
