This is a harness for dogs with a built-in waste bag holder. The color is blue. It says it's usable for dogs weighing 12kg to 20kg, but my dog is 19kg and it's still too small even when adjusted to the loosest setting. I'd say it's suitable up to 16kg. Please consider this information.
