I purchased these this year at Akachan Honpo. They are 16 cm. My child tried them on and wore them once at the entrance, but didn't like them and hasn't worn them since, so I am selling them. I don't think there are any stains, but I am a private seller, so there may be oversights, and they have been stored at home, so please understand and accept this before purchasing.
