I bought it about two years ago and haven't used it much, so it's in relatively good condition. It's not mentioned in the product description, but it's surprisingly lightweight, which is a plus. The wood grain is beautiful, so it's a shame to let it go, but I don't have a chance to use a 7-string, so I'm selling it. There are no issues with the operation. The string height is set low, so I think it's quite easy to play. There is no soft case that came with the purchase, but I will ship it in a general-purpose hard case that I used for storage.
