This is a record cartridge made by audio-technica (model number unknown). It came with a record cartridge I purchased on Mercari. Due to aging, or something(?), white rust had formed on the aluminum die-cast, and it had already been "repaired" with something like an oil-based pen. The unevenness of the surface was noticeable, so I scraped off only the most visible parts and repaired it by applying water-based paint.
