Made in 2013. Made of hard plastic. This is a set of 3 of the same item. The size is 4 x 3.2 x 2.4 cm (please allow for some error). The plastic is about 0.3 cm thick, so I think it's durable. It wasn't in a bag when purchased, so there may be fine scratches and dirt. There didn't seem to be any other notable damage, but since it's old, there may be damage that isn't visible from the outside. To avoid trouble, I think it's best not to buy it if you are at all concerned about the condition. The color may look different from the actual color in the image due to the lighting.
