There are scratches. There are no noticeable stains. I was able to confirm charging and the device's startup. I haven't done a thorough operational check. Please consider this a junk item to prevent any problems. Returns are not accepted to prevent swapping. I will try my best to ship it as soon as possible. Thank you.
