I've used it about 5 or 6 times since I bought it. I used it with care, only on special occasions. I've stored it carefully, but there are some minor, inconspicuous scratches. I checked it myself, but I don't think there are any damages or scratches, although there's a slight stain on the leather handle, which I don't think is very noticeable. There was a small crack, but it's so inconspicuous that you might miss it. The inside of the bag is as clean as new.
