These are gentle-on-the-body and mind fundoshi pants (traditional Japanese loincloth-style underwear) and fundoshi shorts. The fabric area has been widened to provide peace of mind for those with larger posteriors, around an XL size. They can be worn by a wide range of sizes, from M to XL (^-^) The fabric is a beautiful one with thin silver threads woven into it, creating an elegant, sparkling shine.
