The case has scratches, and the instruction manual has stains. This is a personal inspection, so there may be oversights. I have tested it on a Polymega, but it may not work depending on your console. Please understand this before purchasing. I do not own a Neo Geo CD console, so I do not know if it works. I will wrap it in cushioning material and ship it via Nekopos.
