I wore this until the year before last, but I'm selling it now because I don't wear skirts anymore. I'm not very knowledgeable about clothes, but the fabric is thin, so I think it would be cold in the winter. I wore it in the summer myself. Here are the approximate flat measurements: Waist: about 37cm. Length: about 77cm. The waist has elastic. The skirt has a lining, but no pockets. It has been washed at home.
