I purchased these at Megane Ichiba two years ago. The near vision prescription is around 2.75 to 3.0. They were made for piano lessons (for reading sheet music), so I think they are suitable for a distance like looking at a computer. There are slight scratches on the top of both lenses and scratches on the ear pieces of the temples. I will ship them in an old case for protection, so please dispose of it if you don't need it.
