Here are three Chinese language booklets. Two are on fried rice and dim sum. They were all published around 2004. I bought them about 20 years ago when I traveled to China. One of the dim sum booklets has quite a lot of text. The other two have photos and simple instructions, with less text. Although they are small booklets, they cover a large number of dishes. Those interested in fried rice and dim sum might enjoy them just for the photos. All three booklets have over 70 pages.
