This romper from teteatete is 100% cotton. It's cute and I wore it a lot, but I took good care of it, so there are no noticeable stains. The buttonhole on the top button was a little frayed from when I bought it, and it has frayed quite a bit more with wear, but the button still goes through. Please check the pictures. I've stored it carefully, but please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive to items that have been stored by a non-professional.
