◆ Beautiful Condition, Rare! 1933 (Showa 8) Edition! Souvenir from Nikko: A Book of Birch Bark Crafts Featuring 10 Ski Designs (10 pages). Includes a stamp from the now-defunct Nikko Mountain Railway's Akechidaira Station. The book itself is rare, and it also features a stamp from the Akechidaira Station of the defunct Nikko Mountain Railway (January 11, Showa 8). The book depicts ski designs made from birch bark. Also stamped is the Minami-kan Hotel in Okunikko. ● [Condition] While it is old, it is in beautiful condition with no significant damage. (Please refer to the photos.) ● Size: 12cm tall, 9cm wide, 0.8cm thick (10 pages total). ● Nikko Mountain Railway: Discontinued service between Umagaeshi and Akechidaira on April 1, 1970. ● The Minami-kan Hotel was originally located in Yumoto Onsen, Okunikko, and was where the Emperor stayed during the war when schoolchildren were evacuated there. Inside the hotel, there is a room where the Emperor listened to the Imperial Rescript.
