I think it's a good product, as highly rated. Please refer to the manufacturer's website for product details. The outer box is damaged and torn because I took it on trips in the box. Please check the photos. There are minor scratches and paint chips on the main unit (two places shown in the photos). It has only been used a few times. Although there are the above-mentioned scratches, it is otherwise clean, and I don't think there is much feeling of use. Operation has been confirmed, it is fully functional, and there is no crackling. I don't smoke, and I don't have any pets, but please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive to these things.
