The pipe and base are integrated, and you may feel a wobble depending on how you hold the pipe, but this was the case from the time of purchase and is not a defect, so please be aware of this beforehand. (This does not interfere with the use of the fan) *You may feel a wobble if you hold the pipe and shake it from side to side. The instruction manual is included. Direct delivery is also possible.
