This is a 2-way blouse from Forever 21 that I bought last year. It can be worn in two ways: as a regular blouse or off-the-shoulder. The ivory color is easy to match and cute, so I recommend it. I'm selling it because I have too many similar clothes. It's in relatively good condition, but it's a used item and has been stored and inspected by a private individual, so please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive to such things.
