I bought this for my Pomeranian, but it's the wrong size, so I'm selling it. Overall diameter: Approximately 25cm Diameter of the neck hole: Approximately 6cm Circumference of the neck hole: Approximately 18cm I think this is suitable for puppies of dogs and cats, or small animals with small heads.
