This high-density lawn fabric is carefully dyed using a high-density lawn that is more dense than regular cotton lawn, in a dyeing kiln that has become rare in Japan. The dyeing method involves repeatedly kneading the fabric for a long time in a relatively small dyeing kiln, loosening it from the core to create a natural look and a soft, fluffy, gentle touch. This fabric is processed one roll at a time, not through continuous dyeing. The thickness is also different; regular lawn has a thread count of around 200, but this high-density lawn has a thread count of 220, which reduces transparency.
