Thank you for viewing. This is a spare handle that came with a bag I purchased. The length appears to be adjustable. It's made of leather. As shown in the photos, the length is approximately 71cm. I've kept it in storage for several years, but I don't think I'll use it, so if anyone would like to use it for handmade crafts or other purposes, please feel free to do so.
