All items are used. There are no defects. After purchasing new, 8 wheels (for 2 cars) were used for about 5 packs on an indoor P-tile course. The other 4 wheels were only used for about 1 pack for tire testing. They are relatively clean. However, there are some scratches from being in a radio control bag and from chasing. One wheel has had its chrome plating removed and has been touched up with a chrome-like pen. High traction inner tires are installed, so you can use them immediately by putting on tires. (Masking tape is wrapped to prevent peeling. Please remove the tape before use.) Also, the high traction inner tires are attached after wrapping masking tape, so you can remove them cleanly if you don't need them. Thank you.
