This item is new and unused. I haven't measured the dimensions yet, as removing the paper band seems like it would be difficult to put back on. I purchased this item for about 380,000 yen from a wholesaler in Nihonbashi, Tokyo, about 10 years ago. It will be shipped in a tatoushi (protective paper wrapping), wrapped in vinyl, and then wrapped in paper. Thank you.
