This is the PLUS Hanbunkou PK-813 paper cutter. You can easily cut A4-sized paper in half without any markings, simply by setting the paper and sliding the blade. It seems you can cut up to 20 sheets of copy paper at once. I bought it but haven't used it much. I tried it for this listing, and the blade cuts well, with no problems in operation. The main unit only. There is no box or instruction manual.
