I purchased this about three and a half years ago and installed it in a hallway. There are almost no noticeable scratches, such as paint peeling. The key part has been touched the most, so it shows some signs of use. The stickers show signs of aging, but there are no problems with use (please check the photos). The extension parts are unused. All parts, instructions, and included tools are included. It will be shipped in the original box. I think it's in good condition, but please understand that it is a used item.
