This is a fishing bag I purchased about 30 years ago. ・External dimensions: Width 45cm, Depth 27cm, Height 30cm ・Internal dimensions: Width 34cm, Depth 18cm, Height 26cm ・Rust is visible on the rivets of the side pockets (see photo 6). ・One of the handle straps is torn off (see photo 8). ・There is no shoulder strap. You will likely need a shoulder strap to use it. ・The zippers show no rust and move smoothly.
