I purchased this approximately 15 years ago. It can be used as a shoulder bag or a crossbody bag, 2-way style. There are 3 inner pockets, one of which has a zipper. There are two outer pockets with zippers, but they connect inside, so it's essentially one pocket. I used it frequently, so there is a sense of wear. I don't think there are any obvious stains or scratches, but I apologize if I missed anything.
