I purchased this about a year ago on the West Coast. I've worn it a few times. The approximate measurements (laid flat, by a non-professional) are: waist 31cm, length 43.5cm, width (hem of skirt) 50cm. Regarding the color, this is just my personal opinion, but I think it's a bit less blue than in the photos I took.
