I purchased this new at Nishimatsuya and used it for about six months. It was very convenient for checking on my child using the mirror. There are a few scratches on the mirror, but I think it can still be used without any problems. It was easy to use, just set it on the car's headrest and secure it. There is no box, just the item itself. I will wrap it in cushioning material and send it in simple packaging.
