This is a 100% cotton shirt from Brunello Cucinelli. The size is M. I usually wear size 50 or M from this brand. It has an Italian fit, which is relatively tight. I bought it about 5 years ago, but it didn't fit well, so I only wore it about twice and it's been sitting in my closet.
