The brim doesn't flare out too much and is rather deep, so I personally think it would look great on men with small faces. It's unisex, so it's totally fine for both men and women! The size adjustment elastic inside is stretched out, and it might be difficult to make the size smaller, but it wasn't originally that big, so I think you can use it as is.
