This is a flared skirt made of Indian cotton. The size is free, but it can be worn from the shoulders, so the elastic in the waist is quite loose. The length from the waist down is about 80cm, and it is also lined. As you can see in the third and fourth photos, there are stains. I've been hand washing it, but I didn't bleach the stains because I was worried that bleaching would cause the other patterns to fade.
