Originally a women's size S, but I'm listing it as a kids' size. I think the condition is good. The fabric is sturdy. However, the vertical shirring that was originally part of the design is now gone, and it's become a regular blouse. If you intentionally shirr it vertically for storage, I think it might return to its original wrinkled look. (It might not, please understand. But even if it doesn't, I think it's still perfectly wearable as is.)
