I purchased it new in December 2023 and used it indoors about twice a week for approximately two years. I oiled it before and after playing, and removed moisture from the slide and tuning slide with a swab after playing, so there is no rust. There are two shallow dents, about 2mm each, near the bell brace, and some discoloration of the lacquer on part of the rotary casing, but this does not affect the performance. In addition, there are no lacquer peels or roughness, and I think it is in near-new condition. The slide and rotary valves are airtight and move smoothly. The main tuning slide was adjusted by the importer. It moves without sticking and is in very good condition. As it is a selected instrument by Kazuyoshi Wakasa, it has a lustrous and three-dimensional sound, as well as excellent flexibility. Accessories include the original hard case, selection certificate, and a Courtois 6-1/2M mouthpiece. I was hesitant to let go of such a good instrument, but I will pass it on to someone who will take good care of it. Thank you.
