Vintage Wave 1/24 Tyrrell Ilmor 020B Japanese GP Spec This is a plastic model kit of the Tyrrell 020B Ilmor, which was powered by an Ilmor engine instead of Honda, and driven by Andrea de Cesaris, who famously overtook a Ferrari with one hand. The kit is quite ambitious, with white metal front wing endplates and vortex generators, etched rear wing stays, and a surprisingly one-piece molded rear wing. To reproduce the Japanese Grand Prix specification, parts are included to recreate the front wing flaps and a single-piece front wing, as well as additional markings such as Nippon Shinpan. The markings are yellowed and it is uncertain if they can be used as is. Since a reissue is unlikely, how about it for Tyrrell fans and Andrea de Cesaris fans? The package has damage such as scratches, wrinkles, yellowing, and dirt commensurate with age. It will be wrapped in bubble wrap and covered with wrapping paper for shipping.
