Canon EF 100-400mm F4.5-5.6L IS USM with case. This item has been used quite a bit and shows signs of wear overall. The AF, aperture, and IS (image stabilization) functions work without any problems. Lens: The front of the lens is clean because a protector was always attached. The rear lens appears to be free of scratches and dirt to the naked eye. There is dust inside the lens. Body (does not affect image quality): The rubber has turned white. There are areas with faint dark stains. Some of the printed text is faded. Tripod Collar: The tripod collar does not rotate smoothly relative to the lens body. It does rotate. The tripod collar itself is clean as it has not been used. Zoom Method: Zooming is done by moving the front part of the lens back and forth (extending and retracting like a trombone) instead of rotating a ring. Lens cap included. The cap is almost unused. The shape of the cap is different from current Canon lens caps. Case (LZ1324) included. The case is unused. A strap for the case is also included. The lens hood is included, but it has been painted white by me, an amateur. The paint job is not clean, and there are cracks in the paint (but not in the hood itself). Therefore, please consider the hood as an "extra." The battery shown in the photos is not included. I apologize for any confusion.
