The fabric is a crisp, slightly rustling type. It's so cute that I was overly careful not to get it dirty, so I rarely wore it outside or on rainy days, and it's now too small, so I haven't worn it much at all ^^; There are no scratches or stains. It's very cute! I think it will be convenient to wear now, during the rainy season or when it's a little chilly! You can also fold up the cuffs and secure them with buttons to shorten the sleeves!
