My usual size is 23.5cm. I wear 23.5 in New Balance and Converse, but my toes hurt, so I use a 24cm with insoles, which is just right or a little loose. Some pumps fit in 23, but I'm basically a 23.5cm. I thought these might be a 24 because of the padding, but when I tried them on, they were just right, and my heel slipped when I walked, so I guess they're still too big. I initially thought they might fit snugly and become just right as the padding settled, just for your reference. I don't see any noticeable scratches or stains, but please check the images.
