This is a topi, a traditional hat often worn in Pakistan and India. Made in Pakistan. It has a cute design like cherry blossom petals. The silver parts sparkle beautifully. It's meant to be worn more like resting on the head rather than fully covering it. It's also stiff at first, but gradually softens with wear.
