Adopted by the US military in 1986, this cold-weather parka uses a waterproof and breathable material called Gore-Tex, making it a highly fashionable item. ● Condition It's in very good condition. There are some minor scuffs on the buttons, but the Gore-Tex is in excellent condition. Zipper is IDEAL. Condition checks are based on an overall external inspection.
