This is the Ruffle Sleeve Belted Knit Dress from Herlipto. I purchased it around May 2023. The color is Black, and the size is S. It comes with the attached petticoat and belt. I've worn it a few times, but it's in good condition with no noticeable stains. It has been stored in the closet for a long time. Please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned.
