☆Dry cleaned☆ This is a pair of Comme des Garcons Homme chinos. The model number is HH-P002. The size is M, and the dimensions are: waist 43cm, total length 102cm, inseam 36cm, hem width 24cm. Although it's an autumn/winter item, the fabric is regular cotton chino, and the wide straight cut is breathable, so you can wear it all year round. The stain on the hem shown in the fourth photo was caused by rubbing against fixtures during storage. It should come out with washing, but since it's been dry cleaned, I'll send it as is.
