This is a set of a Deba knife and a sashimi knife. These are used items, having been used to fillet fish caught, such as sea bass and horse mackerel. Deba knife: Blade length 135mm, spine thickness approx. 3mm, weight approx. 115g Sashimi knife: Blade length 190mm, spine thickness approx. 1mm, weight approx. 69g I have sharpened these knives several times. They were able to fillet fish without any problems, but I cannot guarantee the sharpness. Please sharpen them yourself before use. Please assess the condition from the images.
